Biography
Elizabeth is from Coral Gables, Florida. She graduated from Duke University in 2010, earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Environmental Science and Policy and a second in Earth and Ocean Science. After college, Elizabeth worked for a real estate development company and for a nonprofit for K-12 and college students teaching STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). She graduated with her Juris Doctor, cum laude, and a certificate in Environmental and Land Use law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2015.
During law school, Elizabeth was an editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy, a member of the Environmental Moot Court team, and a clerk for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C. After law school, Elizabeth worked as a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida where she gained experience working on complex federal cases.
Elizabeth is a partner at Johnson Turner, PLLC in Lake County, Florida. She specializes in Education and Employment law, representing the Lake County School Board.Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in all courts Florida, as well as the Middle and Northern District of Florida, U.S. District Courts.
